Library Security Question...

I was curious how library security worked, so I took a library, that had
physical files in it..

We'll call it  timlib  and I *excluded myself from the library, but I was
still able to dbu the files in the library...

How would I restrict myself from the files in this library... Or do I have
to *exclude my self from every file in the library...
