PC RPG compiler

Well it was intended by those who thought it was a good idea!  But yes, by
the time those of us who didn't like it realized what had happened we were
told that it was too far  into the process to be changed.  Remember that IBM
has to have legal clearance (trademarks, etc) for all product names for all
geographies and it can be a lengthy process.  Who knows what the product ILE
RPG may mean out there on Venus! (Venusians love RPG you know).
