If you are restoring to an AS/400 at another location (different LAN), you
should check to be sure your network settings are still valid. Subnet,
default route, and any IP security you have in place are all items you
should check.

Also, consider that CA works locally! Double check the routers (or
firewalls) to confirm a clear path for all CA ports.
