In short, no. The group packages are updated more often, so new individual PTFs are reflected in those before the cumes. Further, some PTFs might be included in a group but not in a cume package at all. Those PTFs seem tied to specific LPPs that might not be on all systems and are therefore deemed not appropriate for the more general cumes. (IBM would have to explain the details.) The database group, for example, has contained SQL PTFs that weren't provided in cumes. (Even further, some PTFs might be so specific to various configurations or installations that they must be individually ordered and won't be in groups nor cumes.) I still haven't decided whether the idea of "group" packages was an improvement.
