That's known issue. We created our command send break message non-rf. The
cl is generating list of jobs and excluding RF and other devices. e-mail
for source.

I'd guess because the iSeries interface is 5250-based (screen-scraper?) and
the interface job is suspended when a break message comes up.  You can
alter
this with a CHGJOB BRKMSG(*HOLD) in the interface job.
