Jim,

          I agree with the phrase Plan, Plan, Plan. But your Cisco should
have been able to replace the BS Cayman, unless you had say SDLS and they
supplied an IDSL.  The DSLAMs being used on the BellSouth network are not to
my knowledge (an I have done a couple of dozen installs in the past five
years) user device sensitive. As long as you can setup the VPI/VCI in the
router.

       By the way I see a reset a couple times a week at 0330 but other than
the occasional cable jockey issues my link has been stable as a brick wall.
