Yes, very good question.  One would have thought it would be covered in
iSeries Security Reference, Version 5, SC41-5302-05, but there's not a
word about service tools profiles in the entire book from what I can see.
Very poor planning on IBM's part I think.
I would guess you would have the ability when you signin to Service Tools
using the QSECOFR service tool profile.
