another V5R1 upgrade "problem" related to old taatool dltoldsplf

To those of you still using the OLD TAATOOL; whom have not upgraded, been
cheap (ok, budget challenged)

BEWARE of this IF you use the dltoldsplf command -

it was coded for the spool file number to be 4,
V5R1 it is now 6 - when it runs as originally compiled,
you loose spool files in a rather random odd way -
we lost many here - I never saw this one coming.
