A lot of stuff is put there automagically. Rhingsa like 'Type choices,
press Enter', 'Additional Parameters', and '+ for more values', as well
as function keys, are not controllable from source.

The text to the right of each prompt line is determined by a command
source parameter called CHOICE. It says that the text comes from the
various values parms (*VALUES), there is no text (*NONE), that the text
comes from a program (*PGM) specified in the CHOICEPGM parm, a message
description (contained in the MSGF named in the PMTFILE parameter of
CRTCMD), or a text string.

I don't know any other text you can specify, other than the PROMPT text
that appears before each prompt line. There are niceties connected with
using QUAL or ELEM for prmpt text, but play with that a little and
you're there.
