You mean the HELP stuff?  Get out your UIM manual and create a panel group.
When you create the command, use HLPPNLGRP(your_panel_group_name).  I use
the command name as the HLPID (you can build a big panel group and avoid
duplicating definitions if you have standard parameters like COPIES, CPI,
SAVE, HOLD, etc.).
