An "office manager" from an "insurance company" posting to this list? I guess you work weekends for a "great metropolitan newspaper" while defending "Truth, Justice, and the American way." "I am happy to report that ... is the best, free PDF report distribution software to date" show all the imagination of the lowest-ranked student in advertising 101. Maybe it is, but it's off my list (and therefore my customers' lists) for the next twelve months. In posting such drivel, you may be in violation of FTC regulations and possibly guilty of wire fraud. What makes a testimonial carry water is the fact than a person is willing to stand up and "testify", and there is an implicit sense of attribution (like who you really work for, and what your IT environment is like)) when testifying. We need to know this so we can interpret your words in the light of *our* environments. If you're doing 50 reports a day and I need to do 5,000, I'll be able to accept some of your words but maybe not others. If it takes you 100 minutes to do 50 reports, I'll have to figure out what it will take to do my 5,000. "The best" is hyperbole and often temporary (at least in the software industry). BTW, there is no reason to hide in near-anonymity. The complainers have that market cornered!
