Just in case it wasn't clear, ZONE is a zoned field and PACK is a packed
field. The DDS for my test file was as follows.

                R IABCPF
                  ZONE           5S 2
                  PACK           5P 2

To load the file with invalid data create another file, say ABDPF, without
DDS using the command

  CRTPF ABDPF RCDLEN(8)

Then use DFU to load whatever data you want into ABDPF, then copy into
ABCPF using

  CPYF   ABDPF ABCPF FMTOPT(*NOCHK) MBROPT(*REPLACE)
