Rich,

Try changing OBJ('/usr/*.*') to OBJ('/usr/*')

I'm assuming that none of your folders directly under the 'usr'
directory have periods in them, and thus are excluded.  I believe that
the system will behave somewhat differently from a DOS file system which
would have an implied '.' in every file.
