Sigh... I have two things to say on this topic :)
1) If they follow the documentation for the Win32 API, something as
simple as a TN5250 application _should_ be forward compatable
with any version of Windows. I don't really understand how IBM
manages to break CA on every new version -- but I imagine its
some of the extra code that's been added to support other crap
(non-TN5250) that causes the whole thing to break.
2) I'm amazed at the number of positive comments about MochaSoft.
I've never liked MochaSoft.... it works, but beyond that,
I can't say that I really like much about it :(
