V5R1 Management Central

FYI, for any of you who deploy systems remote and wish to use MCentral
through a firewall, V5R1 has the addition of port 5544 (adding on to 5555
and 5566) for the application.  IBM's CA port list doesn't mention this -
found it out the hard way.
