Yeah, IBM could use to spend a couple bucks on coming up with a
comprehensive, easy to use, working Internet based purchase system. Of
course, this would annoy vendors who retail IBM's products, but I'd
think that hassle would be less than the problem of looking like they
can't provide a good solution for their customers.
