My home is in North Carolina but my business is in S.C., so I'm very
familar with both states and the issues that I have seen come and go
over the last few years. Think about how many of those calls you made
go on "every single day" of the week. The BP program is a shambles and
I'm not sure anybody knows who to blame.

Here is an interesting point... N.C. State Gov. remains a "huge"
customer of IBM even with no reps(that I know of) making calls.
