If you want an iSeries version of Active Server Pages and .NET then how
about deploying with Websphere Advanced Edition?  There seem to be a lot of
similarities.

It's hard to tell what you want.  The simplicity of 5250?  Or tools and
interfaces similar to those available on a PC?  In my experience, nothing
available on a PC offers the simplicity of 5250.

Are you saying that you'd like to use RPG to read from and write to a GUI
client as easily as reading from and writing to an externally defined
display file?
