If saving with multiple SAVLIB commands each command should specify ENDOPT
(*LEAVE) except the last one which can specify ENDOPT(*REWIND) or ENDOPT
(*UNLOAD) - then tape rewinding between saves is not an issue.

Using multiple commands or specifying multiple libraries on a single SAVLIB
should have no effect on the end result. Performance, however, should be
better if multiple libraries are saved with a single command as the system
is able to begin processing the next library while the current one is being
written to the tape. Back in S/38 days there was a preferred order for best
performance when saving multiple named libraries in a single SAVLIB, though
I can't find a reference to this in the current documentation. If I
remember rightly it was considered best to save the libraries in order from
smallest to largest.
