Subfile Question - How to make SFL records Side by Side (like the EDTLIBL display does)

I have a display with two subfiles on it.  One on the top half of screen and
another on bottom half.
I would like to know how to make the top subfile list records like the
EDTLIBL display works so that I can fit more records on a page in the top
portion as possible.  I have done this years ago, but now can not find my
example.

Can anyone please help me?  Here is a copy of what I have so far.
