Thanks for the tip. The problem I was having was that I was checking
PARMS(0) instead of cm.parameters(0). But I will now try what you said.

1) Don't use Parameters.Refresh, it's a performance killer.
2) If you do use Parameters.Refresh there is no reason to append the
parameters since that's what .Refresh did for you. You're simply adding
additional parameters to a collection that already had enough.
