Since someone mentioned VB ... how can you make an app to automatically see
the *dtaq or any connection after tcp/ip has been ended and restarted ??

1) Don't use Parameters.Refresh, it's a performance killer.
2) If you do use Parameters.Refresh there is no reason to append the
parameters since that's what .Refresh did for you. You're simply adding
additional parameters to a collection that already had enough.
