Jeff, I suspect that the problem is the "Remote Printer Queue" parameter. This parm is used to tell the print server (internal or external) what port to use. E.g. it might be set to "raw." Or in the case of HP print servers, 9100/9101/9102, etc. I would try "raw" (w/o the quotes) first and if that does not work check the DocuCenter documentation for this setting. Chuck
