Remote Network Printer Connection

Hello All,

We would like to use a Xerox Document Centre 265ST device to print
invoices and so far we're getting as far as a Pending (PND) status or
SND status. More info below. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Does
it require something like a JetDirect device?  I can ping the IP
address. I'm about to try Host print transform . . . . . .   *NO.
