Hello David, I think the primary objective should be fast loading which generally means minimum graphics. Currently midrange.com is fast enough and it could certainly be smartened up without adversely impacting performance. I generally access the Internet via a dial-up connection and would hate to see the use of image maps and other bandwidth-intensive changes. My main concern would be to ensure it works with browsers other than Internet Exploder. Many of the list subscribers use other browsers due to their preference for alternative operating systems. It is always possible to design a web site such that it can be navigated equally well with out images, javascript, etc. That would allow people who prefer text-only browsers to successfully use the site. I would not want to see a front page that requires flash or some other plugin in order to access the site.
