Hi Adam, Since you have Ops Nav, you have Client Access Express, which comes with a toolkit. Help for the tool kit says "Client Access Express also includes programming interfaces which provide access to lists of AS/400 printer output, printers, jobs and messages. These lists may be tailored, based on the requirements of a particular application, and the attributes of a given AS/400 object may be accessed and modified." A little digging in the help might actually tell you what that interface is... hth, Peter Dow Dow Software Services, Inc. 909 425-0194 voice 909 425-0196 fax ----- Original Message ----- From: "Adam Lang" <aalang@rutgersinsurance.com> Sent: Tuesday, January 08, 2002 6:21 AM Subject: Re: Pulling spool files off AS/400 - VB? > I want to have a program (windows) that has the outqueue name hard coded in > it and when it is run, it gets the list of spool jobs that are sitting in > queue and the option to save them locally on the pc as text files. > > Like I said, this can be done with Operations Navigator.
