I've seen a successful VB spooltool. I forget where I got it though. Someone that was on this list at any rate. It was called something like spooltool. Kind of cludgy, but it was beta and it was free. :) -----Original Message----- From: Brad Stone [mailto:brad@bvstools.com] Sent: Monday, January 07, 2002 2:05 PM To: midrange-l@midrange.com Subject: Re: Pulling spool files off AS/400 - VB? Try Spooled File Tools (SPLTOOL) at www.bvstools.com/spltool.html. It's an AS/400 based solution that allows you to save *SCS spooled files, or email them, using PDF, HTML, RTF, Text, etc... You can do it with Java, you'll need the AS/400 toolbox APIs. You may be able to do it with VB using the client access dll. Never tried it though.
