James, My information is VERY reliable.. but, unfortunately, my recollection isn't. But IIRC one (of the massive) offerings of Jacada DOES do automation of the conversion, and does NOT use interactive. HOWEVER, the conversion is 95%... ...which sounds pretty good, unless you used the OCR software back when it was 95% accurate. Even at 98%, OCR is a PITW (wazoo)... So the statement I recall the most is that all the apps have to be re-tested... That's great, because if you have the mega-bucks to invest in Jacada (not precise cost, BTW, but close), then you probably have the resources to test all your user apps.
