Neil,

Make sure that you are looking in the right place.  Start/Programs/IBM AS400
Client Access Express/Client Access Properties.  Select the Service tab.  The
directory to search should be along these lines:
\\as400's network name\QIBM\PRODDATA\CA400\EXPRESS\SERVICE
