OK - what's the trick ? ;-) With CA/Express I can map network drives and do a CA Service Pack Check/Update fine on the local LAN, but connected over the Internet via my cable modem from home it's unable to map the drive, or tells me "The source directory you specified does not contain Client Access Express install media". The default QIBM file shares DO exist for NetServer. ...Neil
