Rob, Option 1 is what I would like to do. At this point we are in the process of changing these files to something a little more friendly. We could go with GIF, TIFF, or BMP if i could find out or figure out how the heck to convert hem to the data stream. I know that the API is out there , but I can't quite figure out what I should do with the data coming back out or how this API would get called. There is a PC program that is called wherever the parcel is brought up and the operater wants to edit the drawing. It uses, creates, or updates the 400 data if the drawing is changed. But, then the image is written back to the 400.
