Hello all and happy 2002!

A friend here at work has received an offer and is looking for advice.
He's pretty excited about Manta's offer:

This represents an outlay exceeding $5K, but he's willing to put out the
cash if the product is deemed worthy.

The reason I'm asking is that I wonder if any of you have experience with
