not exactly the same study, but Gartner white paper on iNation site lists
major servers
& "single server reliability" with a rating for comparison.

also, the IDC Total Cost of Ownership Study -2001 has a "unplanned downtime"
chart comparing
iSeries to Unix & Intel servers.
