Are these valid arguments for DevicePrinters?

AS/400 network printers are best configure using device descriptions
because:
1. Physical configurations are almost dependent from maintenance.
2. There is no need for system customization like menus and programming
needed to control device unlike outq.
3. All the attributes and properties of the physical printer is achieved
because the DRIVERS are available on the AS/400.
4. There is no SYSTEM THRESHOLD restriction because it is physical
configuration.
5. Remote Outq setup were used for Network Printing prior to V3R7M0 because
of the limitation on the OS400.
