Ron,

Is your share name by any chance 'dsk'?

I think that when you create the directory with the system name of your
PC, it should then populate with your share(s).  At current releases you
shouldn't need to create anything for those systems on the same subnet
as the iSeries.  Documentation is not very good in this area.
