I do a 21 every other weekend on both my 400s. I know this may be overkill as my data libs on the production box are backed up daily but it only takes a couple hours and gives me the warm fuzzies. I do ptfs, ipls, and breakfast sometimes on the same days and sometimes will do an 'extra 21 save' if there has been alot happening on a box.
