Easy! Been there done that! Check with our Exchange admin. He is converting all outbound mime email to html. It is at the server level NOT in Outlook. I was beaten up on this list over it a while back. I am not an exchange admin so I cannot tell you how to turn it off. Christopher K. I'm using Outlook 2000 and I always check to make sure that the format I'm sending in is "Plain Text". When I type them up, they're plain text. I can tell because I don't have any options for formatting of text (bold, underline, etc.). After I send an e-mail, I check it in my "Sent items" and it's "Plain Text". What gives - can anyone shed any light as to why my e-mails to Midrange-L always show up as HTML? Dave
