This will allow replies to remove such > >attachments automatically." this is widely used in the Usenet newsgroups nowadays. Unfortunately, Outlook doesn't recognize this standard - it skips the space after the two dashes. Other newsreader can highlight the signature or skip it.. Regards, Oliver
