QPGMR, QUSER, QSYSOPR, QBRMS, QEJB, QRJE, QSVCDRCTR, QTMHHTTP,
QTMPLPD, QTMTWSG, QUMB, QSRV, and QSRVBAS come shipped with a
default password of *NONE, but a real password can be assigned by
a security officer.

QSECOFR comes shipped with a default password that must be
changed when you first sign on.

All other IBM profiles either block all profile changes, or
specifically clock password changes.
