One of our customers, who has an AS/400, is looking to automate their call center. What they want to do is to use Caller-id technology to route calls to individuals responsible for the account. Does anyone on the list have a handle for CURRENT AS/400-based products that do this? IBM used to market CallPath, but they have divested it. Thanks, in advance, for your help!
