Actually the problem is that it uses a differential scsi rather
than straight scsi. I think differential uses a higher voltage to
allow longer cable runs (I just read a reference to this.)

Use a differential-to-scsi converter and you can attach it to
other things.

It's actually an EXABYTE drive, (or was it TANDBERG? I think
EXABYTE)
