Almost forgot...

Jerry asked me to forward DSPFD of BscSend ICFF (below).  Most of these are
probably compile defaults, but you can determine the correct compile command
from it...

Unfortuately he doesn't have too much time to spare for non-billable stuff
like this list...  If he did, he'd probably have time to be one of the
premier 400 tools vendors...
