all goes back to marketing.... Did anyone read the articles on HP dropping the the 3000 line? In Computerweek last week it was mentioned that with the 3000 gone, the only ones left running proprietary o/s's were some Compaq one I've never heard of much....and the AS/400.... No surpises here...also this doesn't mention the layoffs in the services division and the SE's....and events happening to CE's.... You guys just finally smelling the coffee here??? Didn't any of you watch Duncan get up and tell god and the world that the iSeries was a unix and windows server!?
