The following text is from the Work Management Guide.  I don't think
that you have any control over sequencing if you wish to use autostart
job entries to initiate the individual jobs in the same subsystem.

"If more than one autostart job is specified for a subsystem, all
autostart jobs are started immediately, not one followed by another."
