Hi Charly,

Logical files still work fine.  The missing piece is that IBM appears to be
moving towards SQL for defining files, so in order to have the same
capability as DDS, SQL needs a way to create a combined view/index.
Otherwise you end up with some SQL stuff to create tables, views and
indexes, and some DDS to create keyed logical files.
