I don't have much to go on. I did a brief trace on the line. It looked like messages were outbound to a server at "client.ce.news.psi.net". One interesting thing is that my server still opens a connection to the SMTP port (25) at fix.your.open.relay.or.die.net. Only about 100 bytes of data have been transmitted during the past hour.
