Albert,

Was this system (very) recently upgraded to V4R5 from V4r2 and if so was their a
full save done of this system before it was upgraded to V4R5 ?

Also, was there any kind of hardware swap or addition, etc. (drives, controller
cards, etc) during the upgrade ?
