I've reviewed the Midrange-L archives and know that there are a couple of TCP & Telnet "keepalive" parameter values that may help. I'm changed the Telnet TIMMRKTIMO parameter value from *CALC to 600 and it seems to have helped a little. After reviewing the help on the TIMMRKTIMO parameter on the CHGTELNA command and the TCPKEEPALV parameter on the CHGTCPA command, I'm unclear as to which direction I ought to go with the number - higher or lower. My goal is to eliminate the number of Client Access disconnects when the session is idle for up to an hour. Any help/enlightenment would be greatly appreciated. Dave p.s. We haven't ruled out the possibility of a network configuration problem that is causing this but we're exploring all avenues.
