?20? is a numeric value which might be 1 4 7 etc. based on the code you shared. Let's suppose the current value of ?20? is 4 ??20?? becomes ?4? or parameter 4 whose value might be 'L' notice you sometimes need to put alpha values inside quotation marks. so IF ??20?? = 'L' means if parameter 20 is currently equal to 4 & if parameter 4 currently 'L' do you get my drift? Do not look for double question marks. Look for substitution parameters. > From: franz400@triad.rr.com (Jim Franz) > do not understand this code (and can't find in reference) > // evaluate P20=1 > // tag more > // evaluate P20=?20? + 3 > // if ??20??=L GOTO TAGL > > ?20? is parameter 20 and is used as a numeric counter > what is IF ??20??=L ??? > cannot find any reference in OCL manual to "double question marks" > > help > jim MacWheel99@aol.com (Alister Wm Macintyre) (Al Mac)
