I'm experiencing problems with users accessing my AS/400 via the Netserver interface. As long as the user's PC Network user ID and password is exactly the same as the AS/400 user id and password everything seems to work just fine. However, if they are different in any way, I see the following error message: 538559/QPGMR/QZLSSERVER CPIB682 User profile S4C disabled for AS/400 Support for Windows Network Neighborhood access. I change the user profile on the AS/400 to re-enable it and have the user synchronize their password between their PC and the AS/400. My question is, how can I set things up to force the user to enter a valid userid and password if they attempt to map a folder on the AS/400 via Netserver and either their PC userid or password is not valid? I'm currently running on V4R5 of OS/400 with the most current CUM packages applied. thanx Kenneth **************************************** Kenneth E.
